THE OLDEST BOOK ONLY GOD COULD HAVE WRITTEN

Forever, O Lord,Your word is settled in heaven. (Psalm 119:89)

The entirety of Your word is truth,And every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever. (Psalm 119:160)

The grass withers, the flower fades,But the word of our God stands forever.” (Isaiah 40:8)

Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away. (Matthew 24:35)

But the word of the Lord endures forever.”Now this is the word which by the gospel was preached to you. (1 Peter 1:25)

*Did you know that the first five books of the Bible were penned by the prophet Moses some 3,500 years ago? He wrote down what the Holy Spirit told him to write (2 Timothy 3:16) [All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness] – – that would be Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy, and you should also add the 90th Psalm!

*Did you know that the Scriptures were written down all the way from 1,500 B.C. to about 95 A.D.? That’s a period of about 1,600 years! 40 holy Jewish men wrote what God instructed them to write.

*Did you know that after the last book of the Bible, Revelation, no other divine words were given? The Scriptures were and are complete/d!

*Did you know that throughout history there have been those who have sought to destroy and eliminate the Bible or portions of it? But they were never successful in their diabolical attempts, and never will be! (By the way, the reason for that is that this Book is settled in heaven, where no one can tamper with it)!

*Did you know that God gave us this Book for good reasons? Here are some of them: 1. Because there is no other means to God and salvation except by believing the Bible! 2. There is no other means to be forgiven of our sins! 3. There is no other means to find meaning and fellowship with God. 4. One more (of many) – – there is no other means where one can find hope for today and tomorrow. The apostle Paul put it this way: “For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope!” (Romans 15:4)

It is your responsibility to read and believe the contents of this eternal, inexhaustible Book: So says God, its author!
