So Why Do Millions Reject Jesus Christ?

“He (Jesus Christ) is despised and rejected by men, a Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him” (Isaiah 53:3)

“He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. He came to His own (creation) and His own (people) did not receive Him” (John 1:10, 11)

I would like to share with you some penetrating insights as to why so many categorically reject the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God:

1. Millions have been falsely indoctrinated by false religious belief systems (cults, denomination, isms, sects, etc.) and false religious leaders, who either ignorantly or deliberately disregard or deny the factual person and work of Jesus Christ.
2. All too many have followed the path of handed-down traditions from those who have themselves been misled, “blind leaders of the blind.”
3. Numerous are unwilling to submit to divine authority. They don’t want God to tell them how to live.
4. Then there are those who hate (the) Truth: they prefer untruths.
5. There is also the large element of society that proudly espouses atheism and secularism – – preferring a world without religion (by which they really mean genuine CHRISTianity). The Bible, which is an accurate revelation of Jesus Christ, is a threat to their antagonism and revulsion of God! They themselves want to be God (when in reality they are of the opposite)!
6. Just because millions are unbelievers doesn’t make them, the majority, right!

Here’s what you need to know:

1. There are eternal consequences for rejecting Jesus Christ! The Bible speaks of an eternal abode of severe punishment for all unbelievers and rejectors of Jesus Christ Who is the (only) way, the (only) truth, and the (only) life (John 14:6). There will never be an escape for them after they die in their unbelief! Heaven is reserved for believers only!
2. The only and true God of this universe has exalted Jesus Christ to be the final Judge of the whole world, and HE alone is to be worshiped forever!
3. Since the Bible is true, millions are in trouble. What about you??
