“Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, because He (God) has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness (what is right) by the Man (Christ Jesus) whom He has ordained, He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead” (Acts 17:30, 31)
Some day, every individual who has ever lived will face Jesus Christ:
- *Blue collar or white collar
- Clergy or congregant
- Conservative or liberal
- Doctor or patient
- Fat or skinny
- General or soldier
- Happy or miserable
- Jew or Gentile
- King or pauper
- Moral or immoral
- Pretty or ugly
- Rich or poor
- Smart or stupid
- Strong or weak
- Teacher or pupil
- Western or Eastern
Did I miss anyone?
In other words, NONE are exempt! The apostle Paul puts it this way, “…that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father” (Philippians 2:20, 21).
By the historical resurrection of Jesus Christ, God guarantees that His Son (and God does have a Son – – Who has ascended into heaven, or descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the waters in a garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is His Son’s name, If you know? (Proverbs 30:4)), will judge the entire world, NONE exempt! The only way to escape His condemnation is to repent of your sins and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord (Romans 8:1)!
